Residents are invited to participate in a public meetings to provide feedback for the Parish wide Capital Improvement Plan. The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) serves as a three-year, long-range strategy for infrastructure improvements to drainage, transportation, utilities and recreation. The goal of the CIP is to improve safety on our roadways, improve the services provided to residents and further create a quality place to live in St. James Parish. Residents are invited to participate by providing feedback on the Parish’s current initiatives and planned future projects. Each attendee will be provided a short survey to complete in addition to reviewing the list of projects spanning from 2020 – 2022. Feedback provided at both public meetings will be incorporated into the plan, of which the final copy will be presented to Parish Council in February 2021 for approval. Once approved by Parish Council, the plan will be made available to residents on the Parish website.
